Usability

Great faucet-just want we needed for our mudroom sink. Really like how it comes out to use for a bigger utility sink.

Plastic and cheap...but that might be what you want

We wanted a pull-out faucet for our basement utility sink. Since no one ever goes in that room we didn't really care what it looked like as long as it fit. This seemed to fit the bill. While it works you can tell it's super cheap and will break at some point. All the components are plastic which is generally not good for plumbing. It also was a pain to get all the water points to not leak during installation. We're not expecting much from this and don't expect to use it a lot but hopefully it holds out for a while. Time will tell.

Stainless steel? I don't think so...

This looks like the perfect utility room faucet. It has the correct spacing to fit my pipes it has a pull-out nozzle and it's stainless steel right? Well 2 out of 3 anyway. It might be "stainless steel colored" but the material the faucet housing is made of appears to be acrylic. Very lightweight and I expect to break the hot/cold handles when I turn them off because I have to crank very firmly to keep it from dripping when the valves are supposedly closed. (It started dripping after about 8 months.) This faucet has key features I was looking for and had been unable to find elsewhere at a realistic price but I'm not happy having to replace it in the foreseeable future. (The plumber who installed it said it wouldn't be worth the cost of his time to replace the seals -- just get a new better-quality faucet next time.) Not recommended.
