    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time] on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day.
    • Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
    • Same-day shipping is subject to product availability, order verification, and payment confirmation.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Box
    • For larger orders and multiple items that might require additional time, the Customer Service Team will reach out.
  2. Free Shipment on Orders over USD 99:
    • We offer free shipping on orders with a subtotal equal to or exceeding USD 99.
    • The free shipping offer is valid only for standard shipping methods within the designated shipping zones within the contiguous US states 48 States (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the free shipping policy).
    • Orders below USD 99 will be charged the standard shipping rate based on the selected shipping method and destination.
  3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:
    • We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. The availability of these options may vary depending on your location.
    • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination address.
    • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available, but a Free shipping policy is NOT applicable.
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to track the progress of your shipment.
    • Be aware that if the customer chooses the USPS shipping method, the customer will be fully responsible and under the understanding that if the goods suffer delays in delivery, damage in transit, loss, or wrong delivery by USPS, we are not responsible for any of those circumstances.
  4. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently ship within the United States of America. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance if your location is not listed.
    • The states of Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the free shipping policy, and the states out of the 48 contiguous states.
